FULL ARCH FIXED IMPLANT PROSTHESIS
All of the following cases were completed by Dr. Fioritto.
Case #1
This person didn’t like their overdenture because it was too bulky with poor retention. He also wanted to avoid sinus grafting procedures. Subsequently, a fixed implant prosthesis was completed on 6 short press fit implants.
Case #2
Even though this man had numerous teeth he wasn’t able to eat because none of them occluded. He also had a loss of vertical dimension due to no posterior stops. Two full arch screw retained zirconia restorations completed on 14 implants restored his esthetics and function.
Case #3
Due to severe bone loss, all of this person’s remaining teeth needed to be extracted. Two full arch screw retained zirconia restorations were completed on 14 implants.
Case #4
Due to guarded to hopeless prognosis for the remaining maxillary teeth, a full fixed zirconia restoration was planned to restore this patient’s function and esthetics.
